FRED MARVIN
Pruners  For over 50 years, Marvin pruners have become standard equipment for power
and light companies, cemetery and city park tree surgeons, greens keepers, orchard growers and arborists.
Marvin pruners are designed to make your job easy. Their
powerful blades cut limbs up to 1 1/4" in diameter with ease. Yet, they're surprisingly lightweight--a complete cutting
head weighs only 1 lb. 12 oz. The slim design permits access to many areas not reached by more bulky pruners. And the cutting
blade is made of high-grade steel to permit several resharpenings. Choose
from a variety of Marvin pruners engineered to meet your specific needs. The Marvin PH-4R has a round casting for easy mounting
to fiberglass or octagonal wood poles. The Marvin PH-3 has a square casting. The Marvin PH-9 has a double pulley design for
extra leverage and cutting power. The Marvin PH-2 features a swivel pulley. Poles & Couplers Fiberglass
Marvin fiberglass poles are lightweight, extremely durable and available in several lengths from 4' to 12'.
The wall thickness is 25% greater than the average pole to ensure a ridged feel. Bright orange coloring makes them easy to
spot. Alternate colors are available upon request. Wood
Fred Marvin offers two wood poles, 1 ¼" octagonal or a 1
¼" x 1 1/8" rectangular cut. Ash and poplar poles are available in an assortment of lengths. Each pole is
hand crafted to assure its utmost strength and durability. Pole
Extensions
Marvin poles feature air craft grade aluminum
extension couplings to connect two 1 ¼" round or octagonal poles. Both couplings are locked by a spring clip that
is easily controlled with thumb and forefinger. Male and female couplings can be purchased separately. |

All Gear Ropes & Lanyards
 All Gear provides us with a wide selection of quality ropes at low prices. We stock a range of sizes that include
7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 3/4". These all are in stock in the 150 ft lengths, ropes longer or shorter
can be special order and received within a few days. In addition to our ropes
we carry a large selection or lanyards, flip-lines, slings, tie-downs. There are many "hard to find" items in our
inventory. If don't stock a particular item you are looking for it can be ordered.
Misc. Arborist Supplies
In addition to our vast selection of arborist gear we carry many accessories to complete your
